Okay, this is our "Private Reserve."  From South Korea via Horace Shaw in Oregon.  Asian Tempest is said to be the best known garlic cultivar.  Approximately 45 cloves per pound. Sweet baked with good garlic flavor.  Our notes indicate a nice forward garlic flavor that stays; a little after kick of heat and yummy;  And we mean yummy!
