Khabar is a beautiful garlic with great flavor.  Most Marble Purple Stripes have 4-7 cloves per bulb.  We love this garlic for it's mild creamy flavor, which makes it delicious in mashed potatoes.  Although this garlic has some heat when eaten raw, that quickly eases into a fantastic flavor.  This garlic comes from Khabarofsk, Siberia; brought to the US by Alaskan grower Bob Ellis.
