This Turban variety tends to mature slightly later than other Turban varieties.  Bulbs have a beautiful purple blush with striping that stands out.    This garlic is exceptionally aromatic when baked; sweet and a little spicy.  Originally from Nmarazeni in the Republic of Georgia.
